Best European practices in Georgian vocational education.
Emilia Alazova, a representative of Marneuli College, participated in a two-day working meeting organized by the Georgian Association of Private Colleges. The meeting focused on preparing the process of awarding the Association’s Quality Label to vocational education institutions. The meeting was hosted by Caucasioni College.
The main objective of the working meeting was to develop a shared understanding of the ENESAT self-assessment tool developed by the European Training Foundation (ETF), clarify the assessment criteria, and establish common approaches to ensure fairness, transparency, and reliability in the Quality Label awarding process.
Over the course of two days, participants worked in detail on each dimension of the tool, discussed assessment indicators and practical examples, and shared their experiences with one another. Representatives of several colleges that are members of the Georgian Association of Private Colleges also participated in the meeting.
For Marneuli College, strengthening a culture of quality, sharing modern European approaches, and continuously developing vocational education are especially important. Professional meetings and the exchange of experience contribute to the development of our college, the implementation of modern quality management principles, and the provision of even higher-quality education to our students.
